Alighieria is a SaaS platform that automates editorial processes. The service includes:

- Assistance with repetitive editing tasks

3. SUBSCRIPTION MODALITIES AND PRICES

Intermediate Plan
- Monthly price: €119 per month (VAT included)

- Features: Perfect for professionals and small publishers
- Functionalities: Priority tasks for 6-8 publications per month and unlimited non-priority tasks
Superior Plan
- Monthly price: €189 per month (VAT included)
- Annual price: €1,908 per year (VAT included) - Save €360 per year
- Features: The complete solution for publishers and agencies with high volume
- Functionalities: Priority tasks for 10-14 publications per month, unlimited non-priority tasks and priority access to new features
Payment modalities:
- Monthly subscription: Automatic renewal every month
- Annual subscription: Single annual payment with significant discount
- Cancellation: At any time without penalty
Payment methods:
- Credit/debit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express)
- Payments are processed securely through certified payment gateways
Billing:
- Monthly plan: Billing on the contract date each month
- Annual plan: Full billing at the start of the period
- Invoices are sent by email
4. USER OBLIGATIONS AND RIGHTS
User obligations:
- Provide truthful and up-to-date information during registration
- Use the service according to its purpose and legally
- Maintain the confidentiality of access credentials
- Not perform reverse engineering or attempt to access restricted areas
- Not overload the system with excessive or abusive use
- Comply with intellectual property rules
- Pay service fees on time
User rights:
- Uninterrupted access to the service during the contract term
- Processing of documents according to service specifications
- Absolute confidentiality of content
- Technical support via email
- Export documents at any time
- Cancel the service at any time
5. PROVIDER OBLIGATIONS AND RIGHTS
Provider obligations:
- Provide access to the service with committed availability
- Maintain the confidentiality of user content
- Implement adequate security measures
- Process documents according to technical specifications
- Provide technical support during business hours
- Comply with data protection regulations
Provider rights:
- Temporarily suspend the service for technical or maintenance reasons
- Modify service functionalities with prior notice
- Suspend the account for breach of conditions

6. EXCLUSIONS AND LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY
Exclusions:
- We do not guarantee the absolute infallibility of automatic corrections
- We are not responsible for editorial decisions based on our suggestions
- We do not guarantee compatibility with all file formats
- We are not responsible for losses derived from incorrect use of the service
Limitations:
- Maximum liability is limited to the monthly fee amount
- We are not liable for indirect damages, lost profits or loss of opportunities
- Damages caused by chance or force majeure are excluded
- We do not guarantee a specific response time for processing
7. CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation:
- You can cancel your subscription at any time from your control panel
- Cancellation will be effective at the end of the current billing period
- After cancellation, you will maintain access until the end of the paid period
Suspension for non-payment:
- The service will be automatically suspended after 7 days of non-payment
- Data will be kept for an additional 30 days for possible recovery
- After this period, data may be permanently deleted
9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Provider rights:
- Alighieria Systems SL owns all rights to the platform
- The user only obtains a non-exclusive license to use
- Reproduction, distribution or modification of the software is prohibited
User rights:
- The user retains all rights to their original content
- Processed documents maintain original authorship
- Alighieria does not acquire rights to user content
- The user can export their content at any time
Confidentiality:
- Alighieria commits to maintaining absolute confidentiality of content
- We will not use user content to train algorithms
- We will not access content except for specific technical needs
10. DATA PROTECTION
The processing of your personal data is governed by our Data Protection Policy, which complies with GDPR and Spanish LOPDGDD.
11. APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION
Applicable law:
- These conditions are governed by Spanish law
- In particular, by the Civil Code and Consumer Protection Law
- And specific e-commerce and data protection regulations
Jurisdiction:
- The Courts and Tribunals of Barcelona shall have jurisdiction for the resolution of any dispute
- Without prejudice to the application of mandatory rules of the consumer's place of residence
